DWDC is an ambitious women's college set up near UNION Bank at Main Road Dunguripali in the year 2018 to provide CHSE-pattern quality education to the women of Sonepur district and neighbouring areas of Odisha.
The motto of the college is to make it a place where the students' needs are at the centre of the education philosophy, where excellence is nurtured by providing individual attention, and where the overall social development of every student is carefully cultivated.
Recognised by the Govt. of Odisha CHSE with SAMS Code (+2 Arts & Science) 29045107 and SAMS Code (+3 Arts) 29043401, the college is affiliated under University Code 016 for the +3 stream.
Our Chairman, Mr. Susanta Meher (B.Tech, LLB), visits the college every day to supervise the teaching-learning process and personally guide the staff to ensure all-round development of every student.

As a result of our dedicated teaching and mentoring, the performance of our students in the CHSE Board Examination has been outstanding during successive years - including the last year when the result was 100%. Out of 90 students, 21 secured first class consistently.
